The inefficiencies really started to show when it became apparent that they were understaffed and also unprepared for the end of the year rush. Then when came time to finalize the deal, they made us wait 2 hours to meet with the finance guy. We worked with an amazing salesman, Jeffrey Kindel, who was so efficient and cooperative.
